We will introduce campers to key riding fundamentals on various terrain types. Yew campers will start and end their day with some basic mind-body exercises that connect campers with themselves and nature. On the bike we will spend our day doing a mixture of drills and games that focus on fun. These will help build a base for your rider to grow and improve. Yew camps are a non-competitive environment that strive to grow your child's connection to themselves and a lifelong relationship with the bike. YewFlow camps begin and end with mindfulness practices! We will start with some lighthearted breath work, movement, or mental affirmations before we transition to the bikes and we will end on a similar note.
Please bring: any bike you are comfortable riding, helmet, closed toed shoes, lunch, snacks, water, sunscreen and appropriate clothes for changing weather.
